Jenny Uselinger
Jenny runs Living Circle Farms โ a regenerative fruit and flower farm on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii. What started as a yurt company evolved into a working farm with cabins, tropical gardens, and a deep love for simple, nourishing food.
The cookbook was born from years of cooking lean, calorie-conscious meals that still taste incredible. Recipes were developed in Truckee, California, and photographed on the farm in Waialua, Oahu โ where the ingredients grow.
This isn't a diet book. It's a collection of meals Jenny actually eats โ designed for people who care about what goes into their body without giving up the joy of food.
